Asia is Better Connected than the US

The third world has a tremendous advantage when it comes to mobile device usage.  They lack the legacy infrastructure of the US and Europe where trillions of dollars has been invested in wired and cabled communications systems.  Building cellular and wireless towers today costs a fracgtion (in 2013 money) of what it cost 50 years ago.
