Sounds a bit desperate to me, but Research in Motion definitely needs to re-invent itself - given the current dominance of Apple and Android. Add the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) movement in business and the enterprise and the tight, closed, corporate, IT friendly BES infrastructure is suddenly very old fashioned. The horse IS out of the barn. And Blackberry was soooo reliable, cost effective, and easy to operate. There's an idea - back to the days of easy. Oh well.
