I visited my son in San Francisco last weekend and was surprised to discover that he doesn't get cable or use an antenna to get TV programming on his 50" Sony. Instead he hooks his computer to the set and uses the Internet connection to provide content like movies, TV show re-runs, etc. He does have a broadband Internet hook-up in his apartment. And, obviously, he doesn't bundle.
So the following re-post is probably worth a little thought.
I believe it IS true. But lets watch the cable and satellite providers and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) trip all over themselves to figure it out.
And yes, Virginia, I live in California where we make silly suggestions like the end of television.
