Apple hits four-year low in online holiday customer satisfaction study | 9to5Mac
I'm not sure this really matters unless there is some magic about being number one in customer satisfaction. And come on, they did do better than JC Penny on this particular survey.
My one contact with Apple over the holidays was a complete disaster. Don't get me started but it had to do with iTunes sucking money from my PayPal account without my permission.
