The Microsoft strategy is clear. Discontinue offering Windows 7 to new PC, convertible, and tablet makers late next year and also abandon XP users in April. Their arrogance is giving new meaning to the term "Public relations".
I am finally "getting" the marketing plan as well as the conceptual framework for the tiles and the new "skin" that they put ontop of Windows.
But, you know, it is still quite a hassle and a very difficult integration problem at work.
Android keeps looking better and better and better. And Google Apps vs Windows? Don't get me started.
